Welcome to Meltdown Express -  where dairy dreams go full throttle. We're a Wisconsin-born food trailer serving up golden, buttery sandwiches with a side of nostalgia and a whole lotta attitude. If you are looking for pickles on the side... you're at the wrong station train wreck. Respectfully, of course.

We believe in three core values: 

BREAD. BUTTER. BAD DECISIONS. Lifes too short for dry sandwiches and boring food. Our philosophy is simple: take Midwestern comfort food, dial up the flavor, and slap it between two slices of grilled greatness. Every melt we serve is just like mom made, grilled with care, and guaranteed to leave you smiling - if not slightly greasy.

Owner, Stephanie Sweatt, a (Fox Valley) Wisconsin native with a food loving soul and a rebellious spatula, is the creative force behind the grill. With a lengthy background in comfort food and a passion for ridiculous sandwiches that shouldn't work (but totally do), she's melted her way into the hearts - and stomachs - of the locals. My mom, Deborah, and my biggest supporter is who I have to thank for my passion of cooking for others. It is a true love language on this food trailer.
